We’ve just rolled out a brand new update to the Brixx app, improving how Organisations are shared and managed in Brixx. This update gives teams more flexibility, clearer ownership, and better control as they collaborate.
Reminder: What is an Organisation?
Organisations group your related plans together, making it easier to manage collaboration and ownership in Brixx.
Update 1: More control when sharing access
We’ve expanded how you can invite others to collaborate in your Organisation:
- When inviting someone to an Organisation, you can now choose from four different roles, each with clearly defined permissions
- When inviting someone to a specific plan, you also have four role options, allowing you to choose exactly what collaborators can see and do
This gives you better control over who can view, edit, create, share, or manage content.
Update 2: Transfer ownership when plans or teams change
Brixx now supports ownership transfers, making it easier to adapt when responsibilities shift.
You can:
- Transfer ownership of an entire Organisation, including all plans within it
- Transfer ownership of an individual plan to another subscriber
These options are designed to support real-world scenarios such as team changes or moving work between businesses, helping to keep plans intact and organised.

Brixx is built for collaboration
Whether you’re working solo or managing plans across a large business, these updates are designed to make sharing clearer and ownership simpler, without disrupting existing workflows.
