We’ve just launched a brand new update to our Brixx app.
From 19th January 2026 (today!), Paddle will become our primary payment gateway for Brixx subscriptions. This change is part of our ongoing work to improve the reliability, security, and overall experience of managing a Brixx subscription.

What does this mean for Brixx users?
For many customers, this change will happen seamlessly.
- New subscriptions who started their paid subscription after 19th January 2026 will already be managed through Paddle, and no action is required.
- Existing customers who started their paid subscription before this date may notice changes to how their subscription is managed in the future.
Any subscription changes, such as switching between monthly and annual billing, or adding or removing plans, will move the subscription to Paddle.
Customers who would like to move their existing subscription to Paddle without making changes can do so at any time using this link.
What stays the same
This update does not affect your Brixx plan features or access to the platform. Your subscription level and pricing remain unchanged unless you choose to make changes in the future.
What may change for some customers
Customers on our legacy payment system may eventually be asked to transition their billing to Paddle. When this happens, billing will be managed through Paddle going forward, including any future subscription updates.
We’ll provide clear guidance and support throughout the process via email, and eligible customers may have access to promotional offers during the transition.
