An upgrade to customer success!

Brixx Development Update: 7th May, 2024

Following our prior update to the asset components, we have more exciting news to announce here at Brixx!

We are improving the way that you can get help, support, and advice regarding your Brixx usage. To this effect, we have upgraded 2 areas:

1. Better call scheduling with a customer success manager

Within the Brixx app, you can now easily schedule a call to have a conversation about your account or plans. If you need to understand more about certain aspects of Brixx, consult with a member of our team to ensure you have the most applicable information.

2. An upgraded knowledge centre

The Brixx Knowledge Centre has received a well deserved makeover! We have overhauled the design and made it far easier to navigate. Here, you can learn more about your account, using Brixx, and more.
