We’ve streamlined and upgraded how plan copying works in Brixx. The new flow makes it faster to duplicate plans, letting you manage your dashboard with more ease. You will also be able to more easily share to organisations, meaning you can share existing, new, or scenario plans with clients or external agents.
Will this affect your existing plans?
Your existing plans are unchanged. Only the copy process is different. Any saved plan can still be duplicated; you’ll just use the new guided flow and options below.
Quick how‑to
1. Go to your Dashboard
2. Select the cog on your plan of choice, then select ‘Copy’ – OR – ‘Copy plan to organisation’
2a. ‘Copy’ will copy your plan to the existing organisation
2b. ‘Copy plan to organisation’ will allow you to copy your plan to an organisation of your choice
3a. After selecting ‘Copy’, simply rename and select ‘Copy plan’ to confirm. This will save your new, duplicated plan.
3b. After selecting ‘Copy plan to organisation’, select the destination organisation to save your new plan, rename, and select ‘Copy plan to organisation’ to confirm. This will save your new, duplicated plan
4. Both of your newly duplicated plans will then be visible in your dashboard
